Chevening is a foundation that hopes to support and develop global leaders and they have since the year 1983. The Chevening Scholarship helps students to actualize their goals as leaders in a variety of fields and is ideal for leaders, decision makers and influencers from across the globe who want to develop both academically and professionally.
The Chevening Scholarship is open to students who can meet the following criteria: are a citizen of a Chevening eligible nation; plan to return to the country where you have citizenship for a minimum of two years after your time with the scholarship has ended; have an undergraduate degree that will let you get a postgraduate degree at a university in the United Kingdom; possess at least two years of work experience; have applied to three different University courses in the United Kingdom and have received an unconditional offer from at least one of them; and meet the language requirements for the Chevening Scholarship.
To apply for the Chevening Scholarship, students must have a valid national ID card or valid passport; transcripts from a university as well as undergraduate or graduate degree certificates. Finally, you must have three different course choices for UK master’s.
Students must choose courses that are full time and start in the fall, lead to a master’s degree qualification and is based in the United Kingdom. These courses cannot be part time or learned at a distance; they cannot be less than nine months or more than 12 months in duration.
